Throughout the Scriptures, particularly in the Old Testament, there are several different types of offerings listed. From the offering of the First Fruits of the Harvest, to Fellowship offerings, to Love offerings. But the most important thing about all these offerings, is that God asks that you give from your heart. Exodus chapter 25 calls for only those whose hearts move them to bring offerings for the Tabernacle, and 2 Corinthians tells us that God loves a cheerful giver.
We here at Lancaster Methodist seek to be good stewards of those cheerful gifts. Whether you give the first fruits of your labor, or your last two widows mites, we will use your gift to further the work of the Church here in Lancaster.
